Full-Service Nutrition Coaching

From weight loss to overall health improvements, we do it all. At K & K Yoga, we offer an inclusive nutrition program aimed at helping you make better, healthier choices. With our help, you can fuel your body properly and feel your best. Our Nutrition classes are for anyone interested in a healthy, reasonable nutrition program to drop a couple of sizes, shape up and tone and improve your energy. Don’t be fooled, for most people this will be a major change. Embrace it! This class just might change your life, extend your longevity, improve your health, and make you feel better than ever! This class will help you re-program your metabolism, with real food … good food … to burn off your stored fat and give you a constant source of energy. Together we will discover how to identify the perfect nutritional lifestyle for you, how to overcome binge eating & emotional eating for good and what drives our behavior around food and body.

Nutrition Education

Focused on education, eating, and exercise, our nutrition classes are ideal for anyone who's interested in leading a healthy life. During these classes, we help you figure out the right amount of calories to consume for your specific goals. We also provide ongoing support and often-overlooked dietary inventory questions, which we keep track of on a weekly or biweekly basis. We take the guesswork out of weight loss by tracking your food and exercise.

Pricing Details

As with our yoga and fitness classes, nutrition services are part of our all-inclusive monthly membership. For those who are not yet members, drop-in classes cost $20. Be sure to ask about our nutrition packages and one-on-one pricing.


Class Descriptions

PiYo: combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean and incredibly defined.

Hatha Yoga: a set of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures), and sequences of asanas, designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones.

Sweaty Vinyasa Flow Yoga: This is a vinyasa based class designed for the student that wants to be physically challenged in this sweaty fun flow. We move through a rigorous and well-balanced flow that focuses on strength and heat building.

Restorative Yoga: is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching.

Relax & Unwind Yoga: is a gentle slow flow yoga that focuses on relaxing your mind and body.

Recovery Yoga/Meditation: involves purposely paying attention to the present moment. It also involves being aware of thoughts, feelings, and emotions as they occur without being carried away by them. Recovery Yoga/Meditation is a non-judgmental form of observation and exercise.

Fat Burning Cardio: is a low impact intense fat-burning cardio workout.

Body Pump: is an upbeat light weightlifting class that tones, strengthens, and conditions your body.

Recovery Support Group: plays a vital role in substance abuse treatment, and research has shown that active involvement in support groups significantly improves the likelihood of remaining clean and sober.

Weight Loss Support Group: is for anyone looking for support in dealing with Weight Loss.
